It seems a new book digitization project comes online every week - a good thing. If you haven't already done so take a look at the Open Library site - this one was created by the Internet Archive project and is linked with the Open Content Alliance. The Open Library also allows you to upload a book to the site for subsequent inclusion in the archive. Since it uses the basic architecture behind the Internet Archive it is pretty flexible. Make sure you take a look at the Open Library "book" by clicking the dust jacket on the main page - a general intro to the project and partners. I still can't get over the fact that we are actually digitizing the print heritage of the world: I thought I would have to wait a lot longer than this to even see it get a strong start. The strong start is not only here it is moving along at a brisk pace.
