I thought gadgetgirl said it best: "I thought links were supposed to be the equivalent of citations. Will the universities be monitoring the references lists in essays submitted via e-mail as well? If you're going to do stupid, might as well do it all the way..."

I used the term "bone-headed" in a recent session for the Information Without Borders conference, so we can now add bone-stupid to the Access Copyright lexicon.
