It would be unwise to assume that there are no dangerous bacteria or microorganisms on the outside of any canned product. That's why you should wash a can before you open it.

You could thaw a frozen can of orange juice concentrate in room temperature water, and then take the can out, wash it with soap, and then empty the contents into a completely different (and clean) container, however.
